 Hello My Lovely Spa Ladies & Gents, I am in hopes that this will be understood with love because I want you to receive the best customer service known to skin-care-kind! I want you understand how and why operates the way it does so I can take care of all your beauty needs in the most professional way possible. And sharing this type of info with you is what helps me keep the pricing ever so low. Policies and Procedures: Late Policy - I totally understand traffic can be brutal and GlowDurango will do our best to fit in your entire appointment as long as it doesn’t cause us to run late for the next client. However, if we must shorten the appointment, you will still be charged the total amount for the service booked. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early. I want you to relax and not feel stressed or rushed. Have a cup of tea.

Did you know that removing stress for 1 hour could provide you with tons of anti- aging and skin healing benefits? Cancellation Policy - We ask for your cooperation and respect in honoring our 24 Hour Cancellation Policy. This allows time for GlowDurango to fill the spot you reserved. For, anything under 24 hours, we will try our best to fill the space with a client on our wait list. Unfortunately, if we are not able fill your appointment spot, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 20% of appointment booked. Now, we are not sticklers - everyone gets 1 free “oops” pass. No Show Policy - If you decided to no show you better call and let us know that you are ok... because when a lady doesn’t show up for her skin care appointment I just assume something really bad has happened. Spa 10 knows how serious you are about looking and feeling beautiful! Please don’t no show... it really stinks.
